Our Story

We started out by growing fodder (wheatgrass) for our animals. Then, when we learned about microgreens, we realized that the methods usually employed to grow microgreens were almost identical to the methods we were using for growing fodder. The next natural progression was to start growing microgreens for ourselves, and our community!

We are dedicated to providing local, high quality, healthy,  fresh, and flavorful microgreens. We grow our produce indoors, which means we don't have to use pesticides! The only thing our products are exposed to is water, and food grade hydrogen peroxide. 

Our core growing method is a hydroponic method, ensuring that we minimize water wastage, and our spacial footprint, which means more outdoor space for activities! Which is perfect for the energy that comes with a better diet, supplemented by our microgreens.
